Texts : Essays are derived from the Core Texts. Core Texts are not included in the price of tuition and need to be purchased separately. However, we have several online/free resources for texts. Please see our course text pages (Middle Ages, Renaissance, or Great British Novels) or contact us for more information.
This Add-On course is designed to enhance the experience for either the Middle Ages,Ren Lit, or Great British Novels Course. You must enroll in either Core Course in order to qualify for enrollment in the Add-On course. Due to the time-intensive nature of the student/teacher interaction in the Add-On courses, sibling discounts do not apply to this course.
SECOND SEMESTER ENROLLMENT: This course is offered year-round, but may be joined as a 2nd-Semester student, on a space-available and instructor-approved basis.. However, the course tuiion will remain the same ($100) to account for additional one-on-one time with the instructor to bring the new student current.
SHORT COURSE ENROLLMENT: This course is offered by the semester for our short courses. Course Tuition is prorated to $75 for approx 12 classes/4 essays.

This Add-On course is designed to enhance the experience for either the Renaissance Lit or Great British Novels Course. You must enroll in either Core Course in order to qualify for enrollment in the Add-On course. Due to the time-intensive nature of the student/teacher interaction in the Add-On courses, sibling discounts do not apply to this course.
SECOND SEMESTER ENROLLMENT: This course is offered year-round, but may be joined as a 2nd-Semester student, on a space-available basis. The course tuiion will be prorated to $35 for the remaining 5-6 class meetings/texts.
SHORT COURSE ENROLLMENT: This course is only offered by the semester for our short courses, on an interest basis. Course Tuition is prorated to $35 for 5-6 class meetings/texts.

The Registration Fee is a non-refundable fee, is in addition to the tuition fee, and is required to hold the student's seat in a course. Only one CM Live! registration fee is required per annum, per student, no matter the number of courses enrolled in for the year.
Additional Late Enrollment fees apply when registering after the deadline for enrollment as per the individual course. For 2014-15, the following registration deadlines apply:
Aug 1, 2014, for year-round & fall short courses;
Dec 1, 2014, for 2nd-semester courses; and
Jan 1, 2015 for spring short courses.

Sibling Discount Policy
This policy applies to Core Courses.
Additional siblings enrolled in the same course will receive a 50% discount on tuition, unless otherwise noted. Siblings must be enrolled in the same course to receive this discount. Discount applies to the additional student(s) only. (Add-On Courses do not qualify for this discount.)
Multiple Course Discount
This policy applies to Core Courses.
Enrolling an individual student in more than one Core Course concurrently will result in a 5% reduction in Core Course tuition overall for that student. (Add-On Courses do not qualify for this discount.)
Referral Policy Discount
This policy applies to Core Courses.
We love referrals! For each paying student referred, we will discount the referring family 10% off the price of tuition for one student for one course. (Only one discount per student referral applies, regardless of the number of CM Live! courses the student referral is enrolled in.)
But, it gets better! Each NEW student referral yields an additional 10% tuition reduction for the referring family. You heard that right! Can you get your child's class for free? Yes! Can you get multiple children's classes for free? Why, YES you can! Just make the referrals and let us do the math!
(Fine Print: Referral Discounts apply only in the school year for which referrals are enrolled and are not retroactive. Maximum referral discount may not exceed the cost of tuition for the referral family. Referring student must be enrolling in a Core Course.)
How does it work? EASY! Just remember to have your referral mention you on the appropriate location on the registration form when registering from our webite. See FAQ for further details. The more friends you bring with you, the more you save!
We recognize that it would be easy to abuse this policy and appreciate your honesty! If abused, we will be forced to discontinue the program. And, that would make us sad! So, please approach this generous policy with integrity! Questions? Just ask!
Payment Plan
This policy applies to all courses.
Tuition for 2014-15 is due as follows:
1 Month Prior To Class Meetings, by the 15th
Full Tuition due.
Fall, 2014: Aug 15,2014
Spring, 2015: Dec 15, 2014
Spring Short Course, 2015: Jan 15, 2015
* Students not meeting this deadline may lose their seat in the class and the seat opened up to a student on the wait list.
Unless indicating otherwise on the registration form, you will be automatically invoiced via Paypal for the above tuition payment, one month prior to the deadline as follows:

Withdrawal/Refund Policy
This policy applies to all 2014-15 courses.
Year-Round Courses:
Course Tuition Fees (less registration + 25% tuition) are refundable through Sept 1, 2014 . After that time, there are no refunds.
Fall Short Courses:
Course Tuition Fees (less registration + 25% tuition) are refundable through Sept 1, 2014 . After that time, there are no refunds.
2nd Semester Courses:
Course Tuition Fees (less registration + 25% tuition) for 2nd-Semester courses are refundable up until Jan 1, 2015. After that time, there are no refunds.
Spring Short Courses: Course Tuition Fees (less registration + 25% tuition) are refundable through Feb 1, 2015 . After that time, there are no refunds.
Fees incurred by CM Live! to process payments will be deducted from any refunds.
Students will be dropped from the course for non-payment according to CM Live! deadlines. Please contact us if you have any quesions about your payments and our payment plans.
